When is a good time to start clones on foxfar feeding chart.

I just picked me up some clones and was wondering when is a good time for me to start them on the foxfarm feeding chart.They are already rooted very well and about 3-4 inches tall.The strain is Mazar.Thanks for the help

What medium are you using? Soil or hydro?
