When shall i start to veg? 3 and half week old from sprout

Hello everyone wondering if you could help me? Looking for 2-3oz per plant, when shall i start to flower? Have 4ft height.
Will i get 2-3 oz?

If you have 4 ft of vertical space I would start to flower around 1 1/2 ft or 2 ft as most of the time (depending on if its an indica or sativa) they double in height when beginning to flower.

They look fairly healthy so far, have you fed any nutrients yet?
 
stages of plant growth:
germination stage -1-7 days
Seedling Stage - 1-2 weeks
Vegation Stage - 1-3 months (average 60 days)
Preflower Stage - 1-2 weeks (generally 5 -7 days
Flower Stage - 2-4 mos (depends on strain) (2 mo's average _60 days)
Harvest !!!!!!!!

Not necessarily.Plant height at maturity is pretty set by genetics. Plants vegged for 3 to months do not double in height under HPS if they have been properly managed.Because they would be at their maximum vegetative growth stage. Otherwise people would veg Malawi Gold until it was around 12' and then flip it for monsters. The stretch comes in plants flipped early as they attempt to reach their maximum height as determined by genetic code.
 
Started feeding nuts about a week ago, the bottom set of leaves where turning yellow so added some only lighy.
Are they a decent size for 3 weeks from sprout?
 
Will be putting carbon filter up in at the hole and will exhaust it out of the attic vent. Air comes in from bottom right corner with a fan blowing it in and a 6" fan blowing circulating. Himididy is 45-55 an temp is 27c
 
So how do you plan on training your plants? That has a lot to do with the answer to your question. You need a gameplan if you don't have one currently.
 
I have started LSD to expose more light to lower branches hopefully that will go smoothly,topped as well so be bushier soon
