When should a indica or sativa flush???

Well I am outdoor I need help. I have some
Indica and sativa strains. The indica are almost done as I see a lot of red hairs but some are white.I see cloudy trichs but some clear. Should i start to flush?

The sativa I want them cloudy trichomes. When should I flush??

Harrekin have you tried flushing 2 weeks before harvest?
Are you using pure organic soil?

I use Organic 707 soil and I never flush,I want my girls to be happy till the day I kill them.

so the myth of the buds tasting like fertilizer is not true? I thought flushing should be done to get rid of excess nutes so it'll produce a better taste. I've heard of other soil growers flushing but still using sweetners till the day of harvest. I'm a soil grower too and this is my first grow so i'd really like to know what other soil growers do.
