when should i flip these channel+ plants?AKA critical mass

[HR][/HR]i have these 20 channel + (critical mass)clones that i just puit under my 1000 watt hps 5 dyas ago.im just wondering when i should flip for a nice full canopy,i have all the plants tied down and the side branches are starting to come up a little now.im also wondering how much it will stretch in flower.
here are some pics to give you an idea
i have 3 og chems on the left as well.

u are gonna have fun trying to get to the ones in the back corners to water in about 3 weeks. should have left urself a little room to work
