When should I foliar feed

I am using fox farms tiger bloom. Its says I can folair feed with it. Now I have seen the chart on line for nutes for fox farms and the bottle says how much water to nute ratio for folair feeding. But my question is when is a good time to do it. I have been feeding once a week and spritzing plants a few times a week with water. I was wondering when should be good I dont want to over feed. Because 1 plant I over fed a little and the other shows no signs which is wierd since there in th same pots but I think 1 is more indica dom and the other sativa I think. not sure

do not foliar feed,with that tiger bloom,it will burn,use the big bloom...you can foliar feed first thing in the morning,for best uptake

Why cause of the nitrogen or what? The bottle says u can but u can't believe everything in print but I can't get anything else for awhile so what could I do with what I got

weed doesn't need to foliar fed, but it's ur choice. Stop foliar feeding after flowers appear. Not good to keep them moist.
