When should I see buds?

I live in Colorado and am growing a couple rec plants. This is my first outdoor grow. When should I see bud zones? I was thinking like end of August.

I'm in co and I am now on most strains. Some are still stretching, but all entering bloom.
I'm in the hills though. When j was in the plains it wasn't til the end of August. Another month of veg would be nice.. Oh well, guess I don't have to worry about frost this year + nice dense buds.

my earliest just started a week ago, durban poison, everything else is still in veg.. most strains are early to mid august in Colorado from my exp

Any time now. Mine seem like they are just about to finish the stretch and start budding any day. Starting to throw more hairs but not enough to crown yet. It seems like it varies a little every year. I've seen them start budding end of July to mid August
