When time to harvest. How full should trichomes be?

For outdoor or indoor as the method may differentiate because of conditions

For a heavy indica strain, when should I start to flush?? And then cut?
For the SATIVA strain do I start to flush when most of trichs are cloudy?

They should be 3/4 full so when they freeze they don't rupture.
