when to crop?

my plants have been in flowering for about 7 weeks now so i should nearly be ready to crop right? but the buds dont look compact at all. they dont even look at all ready to smoke really.. :/ is it okay to jut give them the time they need to fatten out or what? im using two 200w duel spec cfls could this be why the buds lookin a bit shit? i could probably upgrade to a hps for flowering next grow if that would make allot of difference but on a bit of a budget so would be best to leave it if not. cheers

the are supposedly one white widow and one super silver haze but as 3 of my 5 fully feminized seeds turned out to be male, the strain being what they said it was seems unlikely:L ill just leave them i guess my mate told my that just before i hang them i should water them ALLOT and then when they hang up side down they will full out and become more dense is this work doing? iv never heard of it myself

I shouldn't worry about cutting for a few weeks joe. Buds are less dense under CFLs, and hps for your next grow and you'll see an improvement.
