There is a million ways to lst,get a vision how you want your plant to look, practice training until the plant looks like the one in your head.I know this sounds kinda..."preachy",but it really helps.Ive never seen an auto flower in 14 days it varies plant to plant but in roughly 25-40 days is about the norm. One of the easiest lst techniques you can do to start out is to just tie down all the lateral branches to open the center of the plant up.Fimming them can be useful in my experience of you do it soon enough (by the 3rd node) to control vertical growth and there is also ponytailing the top growth to stimulate lateral growth.Topping or supercropping is a no go in my experience, too much recovery time to be useful on autos.Training needs to start as soon as possible depending on the strength of the plant 2nd or 3rd node. You want some stretching for training if your nodes are packed to close together you can raise the lights to stretch them, then lower lights back down when the tops are where you want them.
