4 weeks in flowering. What would be the cause of yellowing leaves?.

Nitrogen Deficiency, the teas aren't going to be enough food for flowering. Your soil may be out of nutrients. Gaia green is a slow release dry amendment meant to be added during transplant due to its slow breakdown, adding it to correct an existing issue will not work.
 
Week 5 in flower, feeding dry amendements and teas.
Can I use Fox farm trio in this organic grow?

Are these buds normal?
Week 10 flower. Clear, milky and amber tricks.
No real frost, no smell.
Colas getting crispy, and leaves dying off.
Is it time to harvest?
