when to flush my plant's soil?

my plant is about 4 weeks old and i'm growing indoors in soil. The leaves are curling and turning brown, so i figured i would flush the soil with clean water and hopefully that helps. the soil is still wet from being watered though and i wanted to know if i should wait for the soil to dry out or to just flush it now. Any help would be sweet.

tapwater will not kill your plants, this kid is being dramatic.. It depends on what your PPM
is coming out of your faucet, where I am it is only 40 PPM out of the faucet, which is nothing.

If your tapwater is over 300 ppm you should be using an RO filter.

But even that will not kill your plants, at most it will harm the beneficial microorganisms in your
soil.

so that means that anybody's tapwater will kill plants... I used straight tapwater for two years..
This is my first grow using a Chlorine/Sediment filter.. How did my past grows survive? It wasn't
"heavily doctored"
