Yeah I found male flowers on one of my females but it was too late. A couple had opened and seeded 2 of my girls. The male flowers were tucked under the buds on a couple of the flowers...Sneaky little buggers!Harvest when you normally would if you don't care if the seeds mature. Once pollenated seeds take about six weeks to mature. The growth of seeds will take away plant energy from the formation of flowers. You can pluck the seeds out with some tweezers to eliminate them from the equation.
Did you notice any male flowers during your routine inspections earlier on in flowering? They look like little tiny bananas. Pluck these out immediately.
Once they start though you must remain vigilant to keep up with thier formation.

I had my first grow hermie on me. I noticed the male flowers week 4 after the flip... I flushed week 8 and harvested. It ended up being mildy seeded on the upper portion of the plants but the bottom was heavily seeded. Cured it like it was unseeded and it turned out straight fire.
