When to harvest?

Today, or next week, no big difference. Early is early, and this is early.. its no big deal and really irrelevant - you have to go.. lol.
Are you taking it all with or leaving some behind?
If all going with - chop in a week - get some humidity packs (62%) It can get dry enough in 4-5 days to jar
If not - you can't jar that quick with no burping so chop now.
