When to harvest

The flushing bull shit??? Totally agree and sorry if I'm pissing experienced growers off but we all had to learn some where, I'm just looking for advice

Honestly I don’t even know where to begin. I would throw it in the garbage and try again next year, assuming that is outdoors.
