When to harvest?

OK guys, I need a definitive answer from ya'll! When do you count flowering time? When you flip to 12/12 or when you first see hairs? I do watch the trihomes but, my Girl Scot Cookies is 6 weeks after first sight of hairs, but she took 2 weeks to show hairs and she's got flowering time of 9-10 week. By my count, she's got at lest 3 weeks but she's nice and cloudy now!! What to do!~?

The day the photoperiod is flipped to 12/12 is the first day of the flowering phase.

Nothing else makes sense because every other way of measuring is based on individual perception of changes in the plant
not of precise timing.

To add the amount of time required is only an estimate. There are many factors involved to determine when its ready for harvest. How cloudy?

only camera I've got doesn't work well for photos. The trich's are %70-%80 cloudy and %20 clear. most hairs have receded and turned red/brown while some white hairs remain.
