iv been drying my laDIES for 4 days now buds really dry but branches still moist should i start to jar them or let them hang for a few more days untill branches crack but dont come offf???/

I prefer to let them hang an extra few days. Way less likely to get the dreaded hay smell.

The length of hang time all depends on bud density, humidity etc. If you have low humidity, then i would go ahead and jar.. Like grorite said, if they start feeling damp then just open jars or let them sit out for a while.. I would rather jar a lil early and have to do that, then over dry hanging.
I'm not saying this is the ideal way to dry and cure, but you have to go with what you got.

Every time I rush it I get the dreaded hay smell that never goes away. Even if I cure for a month is still smells like shit. Granted after a month the jar will smell kinda good but when you take an individual bud out and smell it, it's hay. Just me though I could of messed something else up. When I leave it up until the stems ''snap'' [not break] which is usually 7-12 days, then jar, all is good my friend.
sounds like you may be harvesting to early

i do the same. check the jars often the first several days to prevent any rotting and/or mold. GL

I thought the goal was that the longer it takes to dry without molding the better. Not trying to argue just learn. Have BB going now that smells so lovely and I'd like to keep that smell, but if I can have it ready faster, that's a bonus! Do you still have a good smell drying faster? How do you do yours?
