When to put my seedlings outdoors

Hey guys i think i was abit over eager this year and started my plant's early... haha.. so I've germinated 2 Boss Hogs mid August and have kept them under 16/8 Fluro's and they are rocketing along they have totally outgrown there pots and to avoid them becoming rootbound I want to transplant them into there final size pots and put them outdoors. I live in Australia and we are just about to go into spring, at the moment outside there is only 11.25 hours of sunlight, i was wondering if the transition of going from 16/8 under fluro's to only just over 11 hours of sunlight outdoors will make them go into flowering? Can plants this young begin flowering cycle? I don't have the room indoors to put them in their final size pots and keep them under lights untill the days get longer. The days are getting longer at the moment tho. Thanks appreciate any help.

Not sure on your question for your area. But when you do put them out make sure you harden them off.

Im just worried that the shock of going from 16/8 hours of light under a fluro to 12 hours of light outdoors will make them begin there flowering cycle?

Try doing then at 14/10 and it should make it a easier not such a dramatic light cycle change. And I would leave then in the shade formthenfirst few days not to heat stress then. Then you can throw them out but be sure the first day to keep an eye on them to make sure there not sagging. Hope this helps.
