When to transfer from inside to outdoor location

hey i live in wisconsin and am planning a grow for this summer..i am planning on starting my strain inside my closet..how long should i let her veg until i transfer them outside??

depends on how big you want them,the strain used and the season.if you want to grow short plants take them out when they are approx 6-9 inches.most plants will stretch 2-3 times there veg size.its all trial and error.i usually wait untill the end of summer to throw them out.as long as the days are around 12 hours and are not getting longer you should be sweet.im going to try flying duchmens "haleys comet".
it apparently goes to head at any restriction in light hours.sounds like a goer and looks nice.

okay..im also looking for a strain that will have me harvesting by the end of september at latest as i will be far away from my grow spot after that

yea ull wanna put them out in april/may at around 5" and keep checking the spots you have found for direct and indirect sunlight.

I put my first seedlings out in mid April these wll be the biig ones usually bag seed.

Then i start another batch of seedlings that will go in to the cornfields about June , use kind seeds with quick finnish here (top44 , hashplant, earlygirl ect)

northern light is a classic for in/out.ive had great results.
