Whens the best time to take a clone

If mine is a female I'd like to clone it I'd like to know if as soon as it shows its female is that the best time or do I wait a couple wks into flower? And where at on the plant towards the top of the plant ? thanks

Show us a picture, how old is your plant?

You might want to wait and clone after you know its a girl and she has 2-3x the amount of branches you want to take. You want 4, she should have 8-12 left. That's just how I work it.

Some will say one clone per 5-7 days.

Do it before she flowers, that will cause a long veg time because it has to revert cycles.

Best clones are from the top the newest growth that is large enough to support itself with photosynthesis leaves.
Clones can also be taken from the lower nodes.

Cloning fluid or hone/herb fluid; grow cubes in a condensation dome; light and your good.

I know its not shown it sex yet I've been told. Any input is appreciated

its about 2 months old its just some bag weed. I have the rooting gel and Jiffy seed pellets you soak them in water and they expand will them work. I also have a dome but need a taller lid

Are there any small bud sites towards the top? Most of what I see is very long already and you want a good cut close to the stem.

Long one's arent going to fit in a cube.

Looks like its strong enough to survive a few cuts though.
