How did you use a 5 gallon bucket lid as a 4' by 4' tray....?i never found any i resorted to 5 gal plastic lids from home depot 98cents ea. now i have heard of trays made for washing machines , they are supposed to be like 3'X3' , but like i said i didn't find them ,good hunting will stay subed to see what you find out .....rob
HTG sucks. Slow shipping, non responsive customer service. HIGH prices, and to boot everything except one inline fan (all 3 others have) i bought from them has broken. Their room fans arrived non working with a higher cost to ship back than it would to just fork out for another places air kings. Their inline fans were unballanced and rattled themselves appart all except for one. If they are making their own trays or sourcing cheaper ones than other places Lord help you. I'd much rather buy stuff that doesn't break.HTGSupply.com (high tech garden supply),<- heres my preferred source. They have 4-5 retail stores on east coast, I drive 2 hours to the closest one...
cool. how big are those round? how deep?if you dont mind round pans.....home depot had fairly large round plastic pans to put under waterheaters. They even come with a fitting to set up drainage.
why don't they drain well? odd surface? water builds up?The lowes trays work ok, they dont drain well for flood/drain applications. Make GREAT growing beds or hold two-three slabs..
