I think you want copper hydroxide treated pots, the coating "repels" the root so you don't have a root mass on the outside of the rootball which makes transplanting easier. Not sure if it helps root health at all. Anyway I beleve the product is called Spin-Out. Never used it or seen it sold though, only read about it somewhere.

You can try something like RootMaker pots or Super Roots Air Pots rather than Griffin's Spin Out coated pots. The principle is the same, root pruning pots, but air is used rather than chemicals.
