Where Do I Start?

Well first you need to find what strain you want to grow. Research that, find a strain that will work for your climate where ever you live. Second find a spot, make sure chances are no one will find it, but at the same time make sure its a place you can go to ever 3 days to water and maintain. Now that you have your seeds, and location, you need to find some really good organice soil, and organic fertilizer. I have been using tomato fertilizer works great for me? And you need pots, unless you are going to put them directly into the ground. So now that you got all the materials, start to germinate, you will probable want to start this in early april or late march to ensure you get a big yeild when you transport them outside. I germinate my seeds by taking a paper plate, placing a sheet of paper towel on the bottom, seeds ontop, and another paper towel sheet over top. Soak that in water but just enough that the paper towel absorbs it, leave it in a dark place for a week. Keep checking on the moisture level, add water if neccasary, when they begin to sprout transfer them into a small pot, or a stryfoam cup has worked for me. Make sure you have them under a steady light, I use a 50w flourescent. Water them every 3 days, add your fertilizer depending, and wait it out until you feel they are large enough to be transfered outside. I normally wait 30days. Once they are outside, make sure they are getting lots of light, water every 3 days, fertilizer ect.

You're running into problems because when you clearly haven't put 5 minutes of research into what you're doing you can't expect other people to waste their time. There are many basic guides on this site even. Google is your friend
