If you want Samsung strips so you can build yourself a light, you can buy them at digikey.com or arrow.com
If you want Nichia strips you can buy them directly from Cutter electronics. @welight is the owner, real good dude.
If you want prebuilt strip fixtures using Samsung or Nichia or any of the other top of the line leds you can find them in a few different places.

I got an answer from rt2.Id recommend against ali/china at the moment if your in a hurry: they seem to be delaying shipping a bit due to corona. If you want cheapo strips try bridgelux eb gen2 at digikey or arrow or the like
