dude, you been to frans hamburgers in katy? those burgers are the shit man... when i would drive to austin every month, that was a for sure stop for me, where is that place at?

Yeah man, both my friend and I are HUGE Dazed and Confused fans. I've seen the movie too many times. There are times when I have it playing as background noise. I think we all have one of those films that we like in that way. But yeah, the movie was filmed in Austin. We'd like to see some of the places they shot the scenes. :) Top Notch, The Emporium... etc. Some places are no longer there, but most are.

sweet man, i really appreciate it... im going up there in january for a huge conference and will certainly stop by there.. im a huge sucker for hamburgers.

what recipes you got for hammys?

i use ground ribeye, everything i add is all by site, so i dont got any specific numbers,

worchistershire sauce, mustard, sea salt, course pepper, tabasco sauce and some A1... i use a grill and grill them to a point then cover them with a big steel bowl to use the steam to finish cooking the meat

...that's something to try. I make them by feel mostly too - BBQ. My wife is 'more or less' a vegetarian so none for her - which is great for me because I can do what I want and not get 'chewed out' about it... :)

I use a flat or raised groove skiillet, a little olive oil, then toss them on there till each side gets a good texture and firmness, i toss the bowl over it, add a bit of water and cover it for awhile. Man, they come out really good...

I like pulled pork and chopped brisket burgers too!

...pulled pork (not THAT kind of pulled pork :lol: ) is pretty awesome. I did a pork roast on the BBQ's rotisserie last summer and made sandwiches... *drools* It sat in there on low for such a long time - but worth the wait.

...this summer was Jack Daniels - those black pellets that look like plastic. Not bad!

What exactly pisses you off about religious people? ...nothing pisses me off about them , i just feel pity for them . and they are foolish ignorant and scared .

Do you hate religious holidays? ...........no because i get time off work

Do you hate me? ..........ive never met you , for me to hate you ,then you would of had to of done harm to me , my daughter or anyone in my familly , so no i dont hate you .

Do you understand that I believe you're a potentially good guy? ......its of no importance to me what you think .

Do you understand I'm baked and you're baked?.....yes im allways baked ( as you americans say )

So can't we get along? .........no , i enjoy bashing your beliefs .:lol:

Gotta rock the Jack Daniels Smokey BBQ sauce (w/ extra Jack) for the burger btw. You can even put it in shots of Jack Daniels for that smokey BBQ flavour :)
