Where to put odor control in my grow room.

Hey guys. I am going to be growing an auto assassin in a couple days and I have a question about controlling the odor. I grow inside my bedroom closet by the way.

I am going to be getting a air wick freshmatic, kind of like febreze but it sprays automatically every couple hours.
I'm also getting this ona gel type of stuff from home depot. It's a hard wax and I'm getting a couple of those. I'm not getting ona gel because it don't last long and I have to order it over the net.

There's one more thing I'm getting that I'm putting outside of my room, one of those real strong scented candle oil things lol. Ok so that's a lot of stuff I'm getting. My main question is, if I put any of these air fresheners near my plant, there could be a chance that my plant will end up smelling like an air freshener instead of weed.

I'm going to make sure I keep them a good distance away from the plant though. Thanks guys, hope everyones having a nice high day.

All that is cool till flower and it'll make you bud taste like what ever scent you use. Don't need much control till you got flower. And I'd you do a good job of growing then scented shit went cover much. Best thing is a carbon filter, anything else will just have you paranoid when you walk up to the front door or walk in the house and get blasted with bud smell. I grow the same way and so glad I don't live in an apartment anymore. You can keep other rooms fulla scented shit but when you open up what ever had the plant in it the juice is loose.

As close to your plant as possible, Aim the one that sprays directly at your plant would be best.

Anything you spray in the room (outside of the closet) will be pulled into your grow room. I don't trust those scents. Ona gel can change the taste of your weed.

Hook up a carbon filter inside your tent. Pull the stink into carbon. Someone on another forum uses a bucket filled with carbon that sits on a screen to collect excess smell. He drilled holes in the bucket and placed dowel rods underneath, on top of dowel rods he placed a screen and 5lbs of charcoal. Gotta make sure enough air is blowing from bottom of bucket to not ruin equipment. Adios extra smell.

You could get a small fan and filter combo for cheap off amazon ventech is what I used in my last grow and it worked great.
