where to start my seeds?

i have a box that i made for my plants it has 2 flourescent light fixtures that have 2 bulbs each, half red light spectrum and half blue light spectrum. i live in florida and i was wondering if it would be best to start my seeds outside or in my box.

start them in your box best germinating first put your seeds in damp kitchen towel and seal in a baggie keep an eye on them and when the root has emerged plant the seed be carefull not to hurt the little tap root & make sure the root is going down in your grow medium

Yeah listen to superskunk. I alwase wet a towel and then put em in a bag and under my bed close to the a/c vent. I do this for about 4 days. I germinate longer than most people do. And sometimes i add a very little bit of water to the towel. I think it works better. Germinate and take pics and then we will go from there.
