i agree verde.. music does evolve.. a lot of brit pop music all evolved from the 60's and just evolved out of lsd and the like into the big e movement in the late 8os and early 90s.. i think all good music comes from the same experiences , just too many people are willing to accept watered down american idol bs that there's not much audience for talented artists who are pushing the envelope .,..music never dies... it just evolves, and re-evolves... the reach of 'good' music these days is just lacking is all.... and therefore so is the demand.... hence nothing as successful as woodstock
