The same ones that said jussy was fact or half the unarmed victims of police that low an behold are pointing weapons or….. l question why they all lie. Maybe ask why people are so quick to believe anything anymore. I understand this stuff all does happen but the timing/coincidence of most the stories that make it to us ,i do question.
Go back and look at past post by many here how many spewed hate towards each other over that or all the other bogus stories. There is no media and to say its crazy to doubt something from the so called media is well crazy. I dont play red blue or my source your source. Are yiu seriously saying dem media never lied to us? That funny man Ask why it happened a month ago and headlines read arrested hours after a rebublican doubted story. How did this all occur in hrs? More misleading, word play by media. Heres one the post on insurrectionist. Everyone thinks theyre aholes and wants them in jail . Agree but nobody wants to know about epps. Bet ill be called something for bringing it up. Why though? Theres clear vids of him egging on and being there but no charges nothing. The feds spent every min they had until everyone on tape was interviewed and or imprisoned. Its all propaganda bs. Also 'media' is bullshit inkblot test. Technically crayon's are 'media'. There is a clear difference between actual news media and the bullshit spam that is designed to look like it is actually news (i.e. Fox news/OANN/the Hill/the Nation/etc)

She was just over the six week limit. To claim a danger to the life of the mother, she would have had to waited til much later to see if she had any problems. If her life was not in danger, she would have been forced to have the rape baby,

This really backfired didn't it. Im not sure if you've got kids so let me explain. My kid was almost 10 lbs. Delivering a child is a life threatening danger to an actual child.

She was just over the 6 week mark in Indiana where the rape wasn't reported. It wasn't reported in Ohio either where there is an exception for this girl at any stage of pregnancy. That's why the AG couldn't find forensics.

And it's now reported she was raped by an illegal immigrant. So the goal was to demonize Ohio but it seems the culprits are immigration policy and medical providers failing to report rapes as they are obliged to, sewing seeds of division.

No I'm pretty sure the goal is to remind women that they are not full citizens of this country. The Ohio GOP sent that message loud and clear.

So if our immigration policy was better, and the rapist had received a work visa, then the rape would have not occured? Hmm, that seems like some pretty flawed logic right there.

There's a lot going on in this paragraph man.

So for this particular case regarding the 10 year old girl, I would take a look at whatever media I consume and see how they handled it. Do they still have stories up casting doubt on it? Did they walk back claims that it was false? If not then I would start dismissing them as news.

It also begs the question of how the situation came to be as a news item. People don't agree with the crazy conservative no abortions for any reason decisions made by some states, you yourself agree that's to far. The question of "so what about raped children having to have the baby?" got asked. That's a tough ass question, there was a good bit of dodging by politicians as nobody wanted to answer, so it became "well that doesn't happen." The retort was "yeah it does happen more often than you would think, here's an example." Those stories don't make the national news that often. I haven't the slightest clue what sort of timeline for reporting things like that looks like. I would have to ask who has an interest in trying to discredit the story though, why, what that means, etc.

That was exactly my point. Why be so quick to belief bs that is so easily checked? Judging from your posts early in this thread, I assumed you were rooting for the rapist. Later on you swung hard the other way, saying he had to die for his crime. Less need for the whiplash if you would just do some simple fact checking before saying too much.

Daddy used to say, "spend much time in the hog pen and you are going to smell like shit." It's really not hard to avoid disinformation if you stay away from the hog pen "news" sites.
