Seeing how the 660w or whatever is a x6 bar too (unless the 1000w is jamb packed with more diodes), is the 1000w really anymore efficient then the 660w when you dim it to 660w.? Overpowered lights are only Overpowered because they're desighned poorly to save money don't you think? Plus you'll probably want another 100w of supplemental at least for the 660w x6 bar as it is right? Just curious as to growers thoughts on the x6 bar in both wattages and sizes?

Wrong.

SonoFarm headquarters and warehouse are located in South Carolina, USA. Our manufacturing is outside of the United States. Manufacturing costs in the US would be doubled or tripled simply because of labor costs and overhead.

Good enough! After comparing many things and disagree with allot of what's accepted regarding lighting, so I'm bound to be disliked. But that's OK. If it helps someone that's better.

Hey folks! So back to my original question. Do you believe paying extra for a 1000w led In the same dimensions as the 500-730w or smaller is beneficial if not being using as a highbay application?
Does anyone believe the Fhose A3 1500w serves any purpose other then a higher hanging hps replacement that changes the grid to 1 led per x2 hps as that's what the photon output insinuates.
I feel Fhose started this high ppfd trend and they offer the prime example. Nothing against them.
Opinions?

NO
Footprint, and hanging height are the most important details if you arent in an arena
