Which Nutrient Deficiency Is This?

Most of the lower leaves are turning yellow and falling off. I believe it is either Zinc, Iron, Nitrogen or Magnesium. Can anyone help me confirm one?

I was just reading that, "Plants should be allowed to become N-deficient late in flowering for best flavor." I am about 4 1/2 weeks into flowering, should I just let my plant be or add more nitrogen?

Personally, I'd give them a shot of veg nutes inbetween regular feedings. Once or twice and see how they respond.

I fed her once before about a week ago with MG tomato plant food, which has about 14% total N, so I diluted that down quite a bit and I'm going to feed her with that next time I water. Hopefully it will help some.

You will never get the green back to those leaves so when you feed something with higher nitrogen and they don't turn green again don't think it's not working. Your goal is to stop the yellowing, not reverse it

Puffin, try placing a piece of paper behind your plant so that the focus will focus more on the plant and less on the background. Should give you clearer pictures
