Thanks mate, it's the way I got shown and I keep having problems in flower so I thought I must be doing something wrongA balanced feed from seed to harvest will grow healthy plants that stay healthy until harvest. You don't need to be changing things every week. Be careful overdoing it with high phosphorus and potassium products in flower as too much of any nutrient can cause nutrient antagonism and lockout other nutrients the plant needs. Also, the plant still needs nitrogen so don't eliminate that completely. Many growers seem to switch to mega doses of bloom boosters in flower and then end up with all kinds of issues because they've made other nutrients unavailable to the plants or cut them out completely with nitrogen being the main one. Nitrogen is used for flower development so you still need it in flower to achieve the full potential.
You don't need both the flower burst and the PK13/14. If it was me the only thing in that lineup I would use would be the Coco A & B and maybe a little of the flower burst midway through flower for a couple weeks and call it a day. I don't believe in dumping a ton of stuff on plants. Overfeeding causes more problems than anything.
?Well without knowing what's in the Royal Dutch Coco A&B it's difficult to actually say. You may be lacking calcium as many products lack adequate amounts. A picture of the back labels of those products would help as would what you're growing in, lighting, etc... What problems are you having in flower?
Thanks for your reply, I'll start looking into getting a 2 or 3 part nutrient and hopefully shouldn't get any more problemsWell both of those have ammonium calcium salt which is about 8% calcium but I don't see several other nutrients in them like magnesium. The Vitalink Buddy has magnesium but I don't know how much. But you're using too many bottles from too many different manufacturers. I count 5 different brands. One bottle I can't read. Most of them are bloom enhancers. I can't tell you how to mix all that stuff. If you use it all you're dumping way too much phosphorus and potassium on your plants.
Those pictures look like overfed plants likely from overuse of bloom boosters. Too much phosphorus and potassium will cause nutrient antagonism and lock out other nutrients. I would just get a good 2 or 3 part nutrient of the same brand and call it a day. I'm not a fan of all these cannabis specific nutrients. I use just some inexpensive dry nutrients and grow healthy plants. You don't need all that stuff to grow good weed.
It's not like any of those products is necessarily bad. But most as I said are bloom enhancers and if you use those you really only need just 1. And from the brands you're using you're obviously in a different country than I am and labeling requirements are different so they might not list everything in them. Thanks for your reply, I'll start looking into getting a 2 or 3 part nutrient and hopefully shouldn't get any more problems
Yeh now you've said about mixing up all them nutrients up and thinking about it, of course it's not going to end well. I'm from the UK, do you recommend any 2 or 3 part nutrients? It's not like any of those products is necessarily bad. I tried to find information about that Royal Dutch line but their webpage is just a wordpress template with no information other than a contact link.
It's really frustrating trying to find out what's in so many cannabis specific nutrients. It's as if the companies go out of their way to hide that information. But I won't put anything on my plants if I don't know what's in it.
Order from Amazon use calmag and you should be good, I've been using the veggie I'm debating if I will use the cultivation mat flower or beastie blooms with the open seasameYeh now you've said about mixing up all them nutrients up and thinking about it, of course it's not going to end well.
