Which SOG will yield better?

I built a 2'x4' 32 site aeroponic setup and I was wondering if it would be more efficient to have a 32 site or 16 site in that amount of space with a 1000w hps? In other words, how many plants is too many in that small amount of space?

If you go the 16 you can let them veg a short amount, let them get a little bigger. Personally, I like the 32 small plants :-P

true -- but with 32 small ones, the canopy is (if done right) at the same level, so its easier to light than a few large plants...

i give clones 2 week recover period, but some strains ive heard can go straight to flower after cutting

i was wondering about a sog i am going to grow 2 plants and preflower them at 7 In and i was going to clone 3 of each one and i was wondering about what the yeaild would be i am useing 300watts for veg and 400watts of CLF for flowering keep in mind this will be a very small area:leaf:
