Which to use? HORTILUX DUAL ARC OR HORTILUX HPS

Looking to see if anyone has info on which is better. I can get a new dual arc for 75 from my grow store but didn't know if this was the better choice

I'd use the dual one.

Buy both. Grow with both.

This is one 1000w bulb. What are the benefits?

I know the dual arc has 30000 less lumens. Is this going to lessen my bud output?

From my understanding the Dual arc is better because it helps in the transitioning of the plant from MH (Metal Halide) too flowering (HPS)..(It has both charactoristics). They do run hot though.

The 1000watt dual arc is actually a 600HPS and 400MH, so if the intensity and penetration depth are what you crave then get the 1000watt HPS.

1000 watt hortilux

I have a 1000w HPS hortilux and I fucking love that bitch!! Got white widow going right now... start flowering in like 2 weeks.

What are the benifits of the dual arc? I have Pineapple Express going and the short and bushy so I was thinking I need more lumens to get depth to the lower branches

Well I decide not to go with either of these two bulbs. I went with the 1000w digilux HPS. We shall see how this one does.

We are at 4 weeks now so I think it's time to switch.
