Look, this is a phoney community of mask wearing folks..

It is not the real world. The voters see commerce as the enemy.

So I have stopped bowing to the masked profiteers. They led us to failure last time and they will lead us to failure the next.

Sorry your feelings have been hurt but is a one side of the line or the other kind of thing.

Look, Dragon Fly was enough to sway critical support. She was just one person and not one of power or wealth.
Her claim to fame was writing a few articles and other media activities.. Nothing too extreme but yet that was enough of a Black Eye that Prop 19 went weak in the knees.
Add That the Federal Government made it clear that it has domain over Cannabis Commerce and you see what deficit minded voters decided.. NO!

So in 2012 will we have a voter base that is willing to take on the Federal Government's authority over cannabis Commerce?
Will the Voice of some one like me who isn't asking for the right to profit but the right to practice proper Horticulture be seen as the "Little Guy" against the greedy drug pusher?

Y'all are going to count on the logical and the sound argument to sway the Emotional God Fearing anti-drug pusher voter.

Has never worked and it won't work again.

Maybe just maybe California is ready for organized private citizen freedoms but allowing Cannabis commerce? Have you all seen the fights over medical dispensaries?

You guys can't be that dumb to believe cannabis commerce will fly in 2012. Or can you?

Again with the "mask wearing" bullshit? Let me let you in on a little something. I have my card but since it's federally illegal and all, and I own a small business, AND I have a family, I prefer to wear a mask.............for now. You can judge all you want but you don't know nearly as much as you think you do. I don't sell. I have a very small grow and only provide a little bit for myself and a few friends and family. That's it! Your high-minded shit is getting really annoying now Ernst. I've tried to be nice, but you can't seem to get your point acrossed without being insulting. Sounds like a capitulation to me, but I don't know what I'm talking about, isn't that right Ernst? :dunce:

Horticulture is not agriculture. Horticulture rights are not a special interest it is the fundamental right to grow food fibre and medicine.
Horticulture becomes agriculture when you don't put limits on it allowing people to make millions of dollars off of it. That is the purpose of limits. Limits shouldn't be to restrict people from personal horticulture. They are necessary to separate horticulture from agriculture.

Legalizing personal horticulture and legalizing unlimited black market agriculture are not the same thing.

Meh. The federal government will never let cannabis be legal. Too much money would be lost if everyone could grow their own medicine. Why do you think they go after cannabis/cannabis users the most?

Legal or not I will grow and smoke this plant till I die :leaf:

You're doing it again Ernest. This is how all this started between me and you.

You do not need to insult everyone who doesn't agree that your very specific version of legalization is the best way to make it happen.

You did that with me and look what happened. Now you're just going to insult everyone who doesn't 100% agree with you?

That approach seems to not be doing you any favors. How about trying something different. Instead of insulting everyone who disagrees with you and repeating the same "I'm for horticulture!" rhetoric over and over, maybe you should listen to people, consider what they are saying, then reply to the content of their posts?

People are much more receptive to consideration and substance than they are when you just throw insults at them and repeat talking points.

And what's wrong with commerce? In a society where people can sell beer, cigs, guns, porn, etc. I don't see what's wrong with selling bud. Not saying that those things are bad though. Well, maybe cigs.

Since you are so much better than this "community" why are you even here? You seem to think you are better than the rest of us, so I'll ask you, why should anybody here listen to one more thing you have to say? Just give me one good reason. "Horticulture rights for the people", right? Do you think everybody is stupid? Is this some clever bit of word play that you are going to try to use to sneak some proposition past? Fuck you and your horticulture rights!:finger:

I get it now! You have completely fucking lost it dude!!!!!! Please seek help!;-)
Funny.. Like you have the expertise and qualifications to determine any thing like that.

Then again I assume that never stops you from trying any way thank you for caring.

Lets all look at what Horticulture is..

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horticulture
I am fighting for your right to grow, breed, make seeds, clone and more..
I am fighting for your right to use what land you have for the non-commercial horticulture.

I am not surprised that many think cultivation is all they need legally// It's a con job.
When they say Cultivation which has more to do with the soil than with seed making.

Ignorance is a political tool .. Don't be a political tool.. Don't be ignorant.

Qualify the statement "Since you are so much better than this "community" You are manufacturing your own argument like Dan Kone does.. Are you two brothers?

It's a long road to November 2012 Just pray I am not right about these things because he who laugh last laughs best.

I got the last laugh on prop 19..

I am sure I will get the last laugh on 2012..

Make a list of threads like I am.. I'm looking forward to having the last laugh here.

This commerce language is DOA at the polls..

Actually what you're supporting is the right for people to make a commercial profit while pretending it's personal use.

No one needs 10k feet of grow space for personal consumption. No one needs 500 pounds for personal use. People who have that much are selling. It is commercial use. That is what you are really fighting for.

You know what? I'm fine with that. I think most people here are. But they can form a legal business just like everyone else in America who's selling something.

Did anyone notice that apparently it's gone up to three times instead of two, for shooting down "commerce language"?
