The HLG has the light distribution to make great use of the sq ft. There aren’t any dim corners. But is not going to have the UVA and UVB of the CMH. UVB is supposed to increase potency. You could easily add the uva and uvb if you want to go with the HLG

Better how? Need more information to make that determination...
What's your available space? Available headroom? Previous grow experience? What level of environmental controls? What type of grow stlye? What brand of tires are on your neighbors vehicle? Soil, soil-less, or hydroponics? What strain are you growing?

Too many variables if you want a educated answer.

Gun to my head and i have to choose? the 315 CMH , easy to grow under and puts out great ganja.


Also dont forget the most important part, as Chip asked, we need to know about those tires bro :)

I’m away from home dropping a plant off to a buddy.. I haven’t had any experience with the HLG... but this got damn 315 CHM is clowning... got shit sparking.. will show pictures when I get home... bout to throw a picture in who’s got the frostier buds....315 all the way!!!! Simple plug and play....

I'm quite satisfied with the potency of the hlg buds

available space - 3x3x5.5 (going to use 2 cmh 315's when I get a 4x4x7 tent just wondering if the cmh would yield better than the hlg 300)
Previous grow experience - A couple of grows
What brand of tires are on your neighbors vehicle - Did not look too closely but they did puncture
