Which would benefit my grow area more?

I have a 2x4 reflective grow tent
270w advanced spectrum led
130w dual spectrum led

I can add a 64w cfl, but it's raises my temp to 84 and drops my humidity to 40%

Or I can add a 24w cfl and my temp stays at 81 humidity 46%

Or I can add nothing and my temp stays at 80 with 49-51% humidity.

Which is my better option?

The plants didn't seam to mind me leaving them in a hotter and dryer climate over night but I don't want to keep adding the giant cfl if it's not helping

I forgot to add that I have an 8inch oscillating fan moving air in there plus a 4 inch high power fan extracting air at the top.

Ive been hitting 84 degrees every night on the daily. Its not desirable but Ive been having heat issues. Some plants seem border lined heat stressed, you can see on the leaves. Theyre still budding though. 84 is the max your plants should get to, anything higher is bad. So if you can avoid 84 then do it. Maybe 2-24W CFL's and the temp will be at 82? Put a wet towel and bucket of water to raise the humidity a little bit depending on where you are in the grow.

Id say neither until you get a bigger fan. You should get your environment dialed to ideal temps and humidity before trying to add more light. If you can get your temps to 75-78 constant and change nothing else I bet you'll plants will look much happier than if you add a little more light.

I have a fan pushing air in a bottom intake hole and an exhaust fan at the top extracting through a carbon filter. It is keeping the room at 79F and humidity at 50%

It will have to do..

Thanks for the good report. I'll be posting pics on my grow journal soon, check it outhttp://www.rollitup.org/t/no-1-throhax.817975/page-2#post-10406464

What kind of fan do you have as an exhaust?
Is it a proper inline centrifugal fan? If it is an inline booster fan, or a 'Jerry Rig' fan, then pulling air through a carbon filter is tough on them to move the proper airflow out of your cabinet. If your ducting is long, or has a lot of bends in it, that also stresses the cheaper fans.
If you don't have a centrifugal fan, installing that will be the ideal way to get the temps under control. (especially if it has a speed controller)

Just another option if you want to get more/supplemental light in there, use your existing CFL fixtures, and maintain temps lower, use E27 base LED's instead, less/negligible heat and more efficient light than CFL's...

I'd go with more light. 84 degrees isn't that big of a deal IMO. If you're worried about heat stress add some silica (Pro-Tekt) to your feeding regiment and your gals will be fine.
