It's like the white stains are attached to the plant. Leaf miners are common here so that's my bet. Nothing to worry about. Using bugs is very drastic at this stage. be very watchful for the next week, thrips, aphids, mites, and leaf miners have no trouble traveling the distances between one plant and another in your grow room. don't spray any young plants you don't have to, just keep your eyes open for the next few days
