Get em early. Yellow sticky traps to monitor. I always spray a few time in veg as a preventive. Neem, Azamax is what I use.

i don't know if you will see this but i've had some problems lately with white flies, this is what I did.

I am currently in Veg state so my lights stay on 24-7, this is what i did... get a small container like a tupperware, squirt some dish soap in it and fill it with water. Place it under the lighting but not below the top level of the dirt. for the next 4 days every morning the tupper ware was full of dead white flies, i have recently poured some mosquito rings into some water to kill anything under the soil.. everything seems to be working so far

oh i also used yellow sticky traps too.. didn't work as well as the soap

Yellow sticky traps now, also put two inch pieces of patatoes on top of the soil, they will lay larve there should take you about three days to eracicate the little bastards. You must be proactive and kill the larve or will never get rid of them. Also change out the patatoes every few hours during daylight and look at them under your scope. You will be totaly grossed out. They love the patatoes

whiteflies usually pupate on the underside of leaves. They look like a pale yellow/clear scale several millimeters long. If ya got them, use an insecticidal soap once a week for a month and use neem oil once a week for a month. Before you can know what to do, first make sure you know what you have.
