White Label skunk #1 - Droopy leaves, brownish / purple leaves...?

Hey guys, Got my white label Skunk #1 here... It's not looking so great....

It has some droopy leaves, also, the leaves are canoeing a LOT. The lower leaves seem to be turning brown, then, the leaf will turn very dark green in some places (Brown), become very dry, and then the whole leaf dies... I'm watering with some BIOBIZZ, and i'm using more than the recommended PH down (Because my PH is constantly very high... unless my PH meter is broken...).

tl;dr: Droopy leaves, brown, rock solid leaves at the bottom, canoeing of leaves.

Bump, any help guys? I forgot to mention that the temp in my cab is about 86 Fahrenheit, but i've fixed this now, and it's at 79 now

anyone know?
