White Mark's on leaves and tiny insects

I noticed some leaves with white Mark's on and look underneath really hard to notice but then seen little white insect move , it's not on all leaves just a few but want to sort soon as possible.

7 days ago i noticed the same thing and started searching. I deleafed any and all damaged leafs then sprayed with rosmary on day 1.

I just spoke to a mate he said spray them with a little bit of cinnamon and washing up liquid mix

Those definitely arent spider mites you would see a bunch of white dots peppering the leaves, I've never had thrips but hotrodharley knows his shit so you should probably search for a solution to thrips.

Thrips, use spinosad.
Lol wonder how many times I've said that n my life
