I have been hearing that the White Mountain lawsuit is postponing many hopefuls from moving forward.
supposedly since the case has been passed onto the Fed some think that Horne and Mont will have to entire program deemed preemptive and shut down. The end of AMMA completely?
I am also aware that some non-profit entities are planning on moving forward with attempting to obtain the operation certificate. Mostly CHAA's North and South of the metropolis. Gilla County seems as though they will not impede a dispensary from opening. I have also not personally heard anything negative about the Flagg CHAA and it's officials feelings.
Yavapai County doesn't not want dispensaries apparently
Is everyone waiting on this lawsuit because they are tired of spending money and don't want to move forward only to be shut down?
Any insight out there?
