White specs and Purple under leaves

Well the pictures will describe most of it. I'm growing for the first time using Bodhi Seeds. Soul Axis, Space Cake, and Waking Dream.
Seems the Waking Dream have more of the spots but maybe I'm crazy.

EDIT: Sprouted June 26th, so about 1 week old.. In solo cups with FFoF soil with added perlite. slightly overwatered yesterday.

I read that it may be Thrips, went to check it out and found 1 tiny bug on plant that had the most little spots... Just sprayed entire underside, topside and soil cover of each plant with neem/bonners soap. Turned off my lights, gonna let it sit for 4 hours or so before I turn it back on... Other ideas/suggestions?
