White widdow. and kc brains x Brazil kc

This is my first grow. But defintaly not my first smoke. I really like the white widow strain. The Kc was my girlfriends choice. So well see how it goes. And the blue widow came free with the seeds.
None of the seeds are feminized, but there's 21 of them so it should be okay
Growing 3 plants in my bathroom. 1 white widow, 1 kcbrains crossed with kc brazil(its purpleish blue) and one blue widow.
these plants are in seperate 3 gallon pots, all with a water catching tray under them. as well as holes in the bottom.
I have one squirrel cage fan blowing all 3 plants at once. As well as an ac vent into my bathroom.
I have chosen the bathroom because its the coolest place in my house.
I have 2, 8ft flourecent cool white lights about 4 feet above the plants.
The bathroom remains between 75-78 at all times
I have no mirrors or "shiney" paint.
The plants sit on my countertop. closest to the AC vent, as well as the lights
Im looking to get about 3 or more ounces total.
Any suggustions?
should i use vegetable soil?
how often do i water these bad boys?

go to the dollar and get some white poster board and line it around your plant... they are like 59 cents a piece

just try to find a good base soil... jungle growth is pretty decent i mix it with perlite, a lot of people hate it because its made with mirical grow but its cheap and it works and how big are your pots. and if youre sticking with flourecent you need way more light.. i just picked this up...

i did one run with flourecent and bought this lol... you got 21 seeds.. might as well grow them right, it might look expensive right off that bat, but when youre done buying a billion seperate cfl's then realized you cut yourself short yield wise.. hps is worth it. how far away are your lights man

ferrsure. there 3 gallon pots. (so like a little more than half of a 5 gallon bucket) I live in florida.so its harder to get just the right soil. I cant exactly just walk down to the grow room and just ask questions about it. But ill try the mixture that you suggested.
The lights are about 2 feet away, but i could make them closer or farther.
I come from michigan, and previously had my card. So the cannabis down here doesn't really even compete, so im just attempting to grow my own personal use.

dammit get to 50 posts and PM me, i prolly live within 20 miles of you lol, i use jungle growth soil most of the time i get it at home depot. youre also going to need way more light. i never used the tubes but i did use cfl's.. im guessing they are the same pretty much heat wise, you can get them probably about 6 inches away right now if its seedlings

yeah, ill move them 6 inches away, i have yet to plant them. I just want everything to be prepared. 9 weeks is already enough.loll,
Yeah the only place around Tampa that even sells gardening items that could even be useful, is home depot.
Have you tried any of the kc company strains? this would be my first one. I just want to know what to expect..

dont expect much with the lights you have.. id really look into switching to HPS, like the link i sent you.. if not go to home depot and get the biggest pack of cfls you can and some y splitters for the bulbs. 6500k for veg and 2700k for flowering

How much do you think i might yeild for the 3 plants with flourecent?

shoot for about 150 watts a plant.. they say 100 a plant, but cfl's dont penetrate that well.. 150 real watts... not equivalent

Srh88, Hope you post a hread on that widow you lan to grow. Ive been wanting to buy a couple different widow packs to pick the very best out of 40 or 50 different widow from different breeders. so if you could allow to follow your grows, I am following a few other widows, I will be able to choose who to buy from. Hell if all works out, Free cuttings of the best widow to everyonee!
