white widow.....150w hps

wat up....this is my second grow my first grow i did some bag seed n i tried my hand at aurora indica but tragic struck on that because of my ghetto set up. but this go round im gettin my hands dirty with a strain i neva smoke but heard storys of the infamous original WW from greenhouse seeds, today i germed it so its chillin n tha closet waiting to be popped. i also have train wreck, white rhino, AMS seeds and i have to get my ex to send my Church and midnight kush seeds to me cause i forget them when we broke up but later for that......
i plant to get the maximum yeild i can get wit my 150w hps till i can afford my 400watter so im going to veggie for 4 weeks and i tend flower for atleast 9 or so weeks. i am going to use LST so i can get it as bushy as possible

my set up:
a closet of couse L 4' W 3' H 5'
fox farm ocean farm soil
perilite
grow big
tiger bloom
big bloom
ph meter
an oscilating fan
150w hps
lemon juice......(lower pH)

Sounds good, you have some nice strains there why not plant one of those as well to keep the widow some company ?

i was thinking bout it but im just goin to go wit WW this time til i can get a 400w hps.......but the bean popped n i put it n the soil/perlite mix im goin to take sum photos as soon as it breaks the soil

wat u riu im a lil stressed right now cause i put my WW in soil bout 3 days ago and it still hasnt broke the soil yet........ does anybody know whats goin on

Did you soak the seed in water first ?

To get my seeds to germ, I put the seeds in water for 24 hours, then i take them and put them in the middle of wet paper towels, then wait for the root to come out of the seed and then I plant them in soil, within a day they should break soil.

yea i did what i always did i put it n sum warm water and covered it and put it in a dark area for 24, but i got the color coded beans from greenhouse and the i thought the seed cracked cause the coating cracked

I also have color coated seeds from green house seeds. Sometimes the coating breaks and the seed shell hasnt broken. Heck ive broken the color coating twice getting the seeds from the package . Its safer to let the root grow a little that way you know when to plant

tomorrow im going to go check up on my WW i hope i sprouted if not ole well i got more beans but i really wanted to try WW but im going to order 5 more ww beans from greenhouse in this tyme im going to make sure they pop

dot give up on ww yet... you could always dig it up carefully and see if the shell has popped

i cant find tha seed cause of the coating and that dam perlite but im gone give it till next week then if nothin happen im just gone go wit train wreck

Well.. why waste time ? Trianwreck is also a great strain. You could could the trainwreck now, and if the WW happens to pop then you have 2 plants

Its going to depend on the plant size...

good news i decided to dig up the soil n look for the seed and guess what i found a root bout an inch long so now im still gone go wit WW as planed......the temp in the area is about 85-86 and the humity is about 55 goin to post pics as soon as i get a camera

aight its been a while since i post but a couple days ago i ran into to a lil pest problem wit my WW but its good now it on its third node and my train wreck has just popped the soil will post pics soon...........temp 86 humidy 57 and i also been using baking soda and vinagar to supplement co2 to stimilate veg growth and im going to start using grow big at half strength thurs along wit big bloom

white widow day 24 i topped it at day 21

the temps are getting a lil warm in there with the fan but its cool cause with the added co2 it actually stimulates veg growth

Looks nice and round, when are you going to put it to flower ?

im gone put it n flowering wit it get more bushy so i can take a couple clones.....but il say n 3 or 4 mor weekx

? does anyone have any info on the scrog tech
