I'm using a 10 gallon tote and just one one plant in it right now, 5 gallons of water in it it's growing pretty fast I did some first grown mistakes but it seems pretty easy so far now excited to switch to 12/12 and see if it ends up being a female I haven't seen any hairs on it yet it's 6 weeks old but I'll look again tonight once I get off work.

Depending on your nutes, increase to 500ppm+= one EC. You should see sex within 5 days without changing hours of light

YEah i did that a few days ago, haven't seen anything yet it was probably only like 3 days ago but i'll keep waiting and see, only time will tell!

Sweet dude I hope that goes good for ya! I just flipped my plant to 12/12 and added one 70w cree 2700k bulb and one 150w cfl 2700k bulb to my mix of 5000k CFLs and CREEs, excited to see the out come keeping my fingers crossed for a female haha!

My plants are so bushy it's scary. They are short and I moved my led up to try and get them to stretch some.

When you pull them apart the buried deep leaves are a little yellow. I figured cuz they are so bushy, not much light is reaching in there.

The below picture is my entire set up, the little led lights are red/blue I got off eBay and figured why the hell not!

I am getting ready to switch to flower but was thinking maybe I should make a tea that has a little extra nitrogen

the 3 I have in flowering right now I lst'd but didn't trim out any of the under growth so I've got leaves that pop up on random days that are yellow and dying. The 2 I have in veg I've lst'd and just gave them a haircut the other day and scroged 1 of them, it seems to be helping allot.

lol, that's not scary, that's a good thing, looks like they both have a few nice tops/colas developing, should produce some nice bud sites...

Not much to update, other than I am super happy with that LED so far.

I am going to switch to flower perhaps by next week, I just need to sort out a heater.

The garage gets below 50 degrees, so currently looking for a small heater with a thermostat for when lights are off.

I'll have lights on when it's dark out and turn them off during the day, just need to find the right heater to fit in my cab.

Then it's flower time

Just a comment on that heater, don't know what to recommend as I put a new run into my existing furnace plenum for heat. But that was done after metering a small space heater I had tried at the beginning of winter when I was flowering my last run. That thing sucked 1460W and ridiculous amperage. My suggestion would be to consider spending a bit more for something efficient vs buying it on price alone, might be worthwhile. Another option that could save you some $ heating is building a buffer/box around the armoire with some styrofoam insulation, of course that would kill the stealth so not sure if that's an option for you.

Oh, and one more thought. Get some tape (or better a $2 junction box) around those wire connectors dude!! I've been zapped a couple of times, not good, quite a rush, but not good

And yes, I need the stealth, so cannot build a box around it. Maybe someday in the future I can build a proper room in the garage, there is room if I take out a nice bench not being used in the back corner about 3ft wide, 9ft long and 8ft high.

And ya, I need to fix those wires, been kinda lazy, but thanx for the reminder.

Got a heater that has a thermostat, testing it now.

Because I was getting ready for flower, I decided to do a little remodel. I have a couple of purple kush seedlings I was starting for a friend, and felt oh shit, what am I going to do with the light change?
So since I'm using a armoire, it has two bottom shelves, I was using them for storage. One of them would sure be a nice germination/seedling/clone mini cab, so did a nice project below.



I am worried about my seedlings, they are not looking that well lately.
