white widow breeding program

so for those of you that havent seen any of my grows, they are all mini grows. i like to keep a full house of plants and a sea of green. ive just recently started on my latest grow of bagseed and an unknown mix of possible bigbud strawberry or blueberry. also an og kush has been added.. this is all good and well but i feel unphased by all of this. so ive decided to use a few more of my quality seeds laying around. i have a G13 FEM white widow and a seedsman normal whitewidow. here it is, i am going to sprout both and hope for teh other to be male so that i can produce lots of little baby WW seeds for generations of plants to come =] ...i wont have any problem with the pollinating and such as botany is a big hoby of mine. what i do need is advice. how can i make sure that the one normal WW seed goes male? is there any thing i can do to make it grow a pair? any advice will be appreciated. thanks and merry christmas!

Unless you can get your hands on some plant hormones that aren't readily available. Cytokinins and gibberellins can induce males, but I doubt you are gonna be able to get your hands on any of that. If you did, you would have to figure out how to administer it. I have read that gibberellins are produced more abundantly in cold environments, so perhaps keeping the plant in a colder than normal area as it grows may induce a male. thanks! yea ive heard stressing the plant (cold temps) will make it a male....i figure theres a lot of shit seeds out there so why not, ill have some schwaggy bud from it but a shit ton of seeds to sow for the future!

stressing the plant wont make it male but it may help boost male ratios.

another possibility is you could have a male on your habds that you stress hermie that would also be possible.. though some breeders find this a usefeful way of upping female ratios in the offspring and following generations its best to stayaway from any hermie traits imho.

anyhoo point being its a double edged sword but a little stress as it grows couldnt hurt just dont overdo it i guess. id just grow them and hope for the best.

the hermaphorodite genes can be bred out as well though its time consuming and yes it requires a lot of stressing as your trying to find true males and females to breed with. just a glimps so you know what your in for if ya get serious. though its a lot more complicated than what ive just said lol.
