White Widow First grow HELP - Flowering - 5 weeks LOTS OF PICS

Hey guys. I am on my first grow with white widow from nirvana and I need some help. I have 3 plants under a 250w Dual Spectrum HID in a closet. They have been flowering for 5 and a half weeks. Alot of the upper leaves turned yellow and died, but I think that was because the light was so close and they were burning. I now have the door open and have a fan blowing on them. I should also say that a few weeks ago my healthiest female developed a few pollen sacs. However the plant was 95% femal and I picked them off, but I did miss a few and found them open. They don't seem to be returning now, thankfully. This hermie also has a strange growth coming out of some of the top colas. Take a look at the pics. I would like to know what you think of my grow and if you have any tips. How long do you think I have left of flowering? On some of the buds, about 60% of the pistils have turned orange, but they still havn't even fully grown yet. Is this ok? Would you say about 2 weeks left? One of them is a little ahead of the others and one is a bit behind. Thanks!

are u checking ph?

going off picture 3 of 16 they look OK. do you have much drainage in your soil? it looks like they could do with some more oxygen or bigger pots next time... i think you should leave them for another 3 - 4 weeks.

No, I don't have a ph meter.

Ye, I'm going to make some more holes in the pots, they only have 2 small holes in them. The pots are actually larger than they look in the pic. Do you have any idea what that groeth thing is in pic 5 and 16?

if you are using nutes with no ph meter your ph is probably too low then. after i add say 1 and a half strength nutes my ph is about 4 so i up it a bit. you can get a digi pen off ebay for about 15 bucks...

if by growth you mean them long branches sticking out of the cola that would just be what you didnt prune at start of flower. its a bit late now just leave them.

Your plants also look heat stressed. do you have any circulation fans in your grow area? They help with heat dissipation. pH balancing water is essential. If you do the plants will thank you for it HOpe this helped.

you definitely need more drainage holes but your roots are going to be wrapped around the bottom of the pot so do it carefully, even just a couple holes in each pot per day till its done..

that curling to me looks also like they might get too big of a temp swing per day. Are your day to noght temp differences more than 15 degrees? It should be 65 light off-75 lights on

yeaaa i deff think u needa add sum more drainage holes as well. its growin kinda funky.. but in a good way. =) wat nutes r u using? if the leaves are still yellowing.. use sum nutes that are high in Nitrogen...

oo wait.. jsut remembered i think u said u were flushin huh>> well u can still use sum molasses.. that might help a lil. i use it it my grow.. i am growing Nirvana's WW as well. the link is in my signature.. that 1st pic u have posted.. its weird the pic looks EXACTLY like a couple of bud sites on my plant.. but yeaa teh molasses will help out a bit.. and put sum weight on ur buds.

Not enough light, you want at least 400w for 3 good
sized girls in flower.
drainage problems, possible root rot!

Iv just cropped at 9 weeks of flower, white widow.
They could have gone 2 more weeks but bud rot started and lost
a couple of the main colas so cropped.
8 girls, 7 weeks under 600w hps then 2 weeks under 2x 125w CFLs
to make them finish earlyer.

yeaa heres a few pics from my Nirvana White Widow.. shes under CFL's and vegged for 30 days.. these pics are from Friday.. when they were 6 weeks and 3 days into flowerin (45 days).

Yes, up until a few days ago they were getting extremely hot with the light on. I don't know what the temps were but they must have been over 35 degrees c. I have a fan no so it should be lees of a problem.

I am growing in a closet and the plants stretched atleast 3 times their height when I switched to 12/12 and the top colas are actually above the light so I have to bend and sticky tape them to the walls and shit. This caused ALOT of heat stress to them because they are so close to the light. Other than that I think they are ok. I hope they will get to be like yours soon. What kinda yield do you think I'll get?

yea im also growing in a small closet.. i only vegged for 30 days. she did like trimple in size wen put into flowering as well.. but she is only like 2 1/2 ft tall.. maybe 3 ft. I topped her.. idk if maybe that helped with the height.

kinda hard to guess an exact yield.. =/ this strain is a good yielder.. soo as long as u fix that problem and grow her out long enough.. you should get a decent yield.. over an ounce at least.. i pulled 3.15 ounces off my last WW plant (the plant pic is my avatar pic). but i think thats high.. ill problhy get 3 off this plant too.. but i think normal is around 1 1/2 - 2.

Nice. Hopefully I will get about 4 ounces from all 3 plants if I fix all the problems. I would be very happy with that yield.

yeaaa 4 ounces from 3 of Nirvana's WW plants seems reasonable.. i always like to low-ball my guess.. soo if my yield is small.. i wont be disappointed.. but if its more. than im happy cuz i wasnt expecting it. =)
