White Widow from ILGM

While I'm smoking the stuff I got now I'll evaluate what I want next and where to try to get it. This is my first time ordering seeds, so I'm just glad to be growing and learning. Thanks for the info !

A 3 pack of Ripleys OG is $35 at Supreme Seeds at the moment. I have some Wedding Cake and Gelato I picked up at a dispensary. The ROG is better, IMO. So is the 3BOG from Mephisto I also have. 3 ROG seeds are better than 10 ILGM auto seeds from a quality vs quantity point of view. Easier to grow also...time = money. In the long run you are better off with good genetics.

Ripley's/AvT is not for the novice. Make sure to have the cables and ropes ready to hold the buds up, and tape for the broken branches :p

3BOG smoke quality is outstanding. I'm guessing it's 14-15% THC...but that's a guess. Very well rounded high. Nice and heady but relaxing. Probably the easiest auto I've grown. I get around 2.5 oz per plant....but I don't bother topping or LST. Just a little lolli-popping. Someone with skills could probably squeeze 4 oz.

Day 28 and everything is looking really good! I've lashed the limbs down so that there are a lot of budding sites on each one. They are only 12 inches tall and very thick and sturdy. I'll add pictures soon
 
It's pretty much how everyone said it would go, so far. I'm glad I did all that lst or woulda been like 3 big buds and nothing else. It's like a damned forest inside of a foot tall plant. They stretch out nicely though. Even if these aren't the best genetics,they are pretty nice and I'm learning what works and what doesn't. I went ahead and filled the buckets up with a topping of fresh soil and tossed in a pinch of epsom salts in each one.

I've read a few online journals where ilgm's ww auto vegged for almost 6 weeks! The plants were huge. Most seem to get pistils in about a month but I haven't seen a one. At this point even if they turned out to be photos I'd be happy. Let em grow a couple more weeks then 12/12 the lights. I'm doing 20/2 on light now and they love it.
 
Does anyone know what the optimum ppfd is for plants this size? I dropped down the lights and I'm getting almost 700 across the canopy.

someone more versed would know better than me but I think at this point they can take up to 1000 ppfd (I think that’s ideal for a regular situation, w/o CO2)
How far from canopy is the light? Dimmed down any to hit that 700?
 
I've never HAD to tie plants down till now. lol .these things are so bushy so fast. I think if I woulda topped I might have needed a bigger container. If they get a decent stretch before full flower maybe have to raise the lights again
