I haven't really messed with the Scrog from my experience. Im having excellent results with my training. If you notice the trainwreck in my grow it was extremely stringy almost, if not stretchy. All I have been using is some neon trotline string from walmart, and just completely laying the plant over. I'm not really sure if the Scrog is a bitch to pull the plant out of or not.. thats the only reason I havent wanted to attempt it. keep up the awesome work.. sub'd
yeah that's what i was thinking, i couldn't ever pull my plants out if i needed to i don't think.
my trainwreck is stretchy also.

hi,

i have a vanilla kush going right now and have a question for you. Saw your pic in another journal and it looked like vk's stems are purple. right now i have what i think is nute burn, but some think it is a mag deficiency because of the stem. Could you check out my post and tell me if the purple stem is genetic. I think it is, b/c they had some purple in them from the get go. Thanks for the input and here is the link:

I still need to transplant some, i'm getting some 3 gallon grow bags in a few days, but they're all still growing pretty fast so i'm not really concerned that much. but i did add a few more 27 watt cfls so hopefully that will help. leave some comments or advice people! :eyesmoke:

Looking very good, I would suggest go with regular potters rather than grow bags. If you plant to flush at all grow bags are a pain in the ass by my experience. But if you need them for space issues then use them, I just think regular potters are best because they are solid, and a lot easier to move around.
