Hey guys,
I've been around for a while but don't post much, because I can always find the answer I need by doing a search.
This one I can't seem to find anywhere. Maybe these things are in a larval stage or something, but I can't figure what the hell they are. They don't move (that I can tell). I've been trying to take a pic with my handheld microscope, but no luck. So I'm attaching a photo.
Under a microscope they look like they have a sheen/translucency to them, but they are solid white. Could it be something left behind by something else? They don't seem to be alive or have any features. I had a spider mite problem, but I caught it early & have been switching between 3 treatments every week or so (after the initial few weeks of every 3 days). Haven't seen one since. Still a million eggs, but no mites!
So these things are very small, but can easily be seen with the naked eye. They were on a top sugar leaf. Haven't seen any more, but haven't gone through every leaf yet. This one finger of the leaf was the only one with damage - the others (on the same leaf) are fine.
I'm growing in 5 gal SmartPot, soil: FFOF/Perlite (no MG), Mykos at transplant, basic organic nutes: 11-3-8 with micronutrients (1/4 - 1/2 of recommended because I'm also topdressing now & then with FFOF, and am a couple weeks into flower. Lighting: SF2000, 2X4 tent with only ONE plant.
